Where to begin???
I am 46 and have the time to train more frequently than the past hit and miss gym time. I am researching steroids to help with my recovery time and over all well being. I am not training to be a bodybuilder. I want a low dose over long period of time. So what type of steroid should I research?

Welcome.
Read the stickies in the anabolic Q&A particularly the successful first cycle one.

Welcome. Honestly step one would be full blood work. This will tell you if everything is functioning properly and your hormone levels are appropriate. Many things can suppress endogenous T levels, including simple aging. At the top of the HRT Forum is a sticky thread titled "Finding A TRT Physician" which has lists of blood work to pull. Try and get the first one.

Thank you for the feedback!

No worries Harley. After you pull BW (and always get your own copies as well) you can then determine if you're at the age where TRT would be appropriate of if your endogenous T levels are still fine and a cycle is in your future. Blood work is crucial either way. If you get it, post it in the HRT Forum and we'll analyze it for you if needed.
