    Hi Everyone

    Great forum guys,
    I've been lurking for about a month and decided to join. Looks like there's a lot of knowledgeable members here.

    A little about myself. I live in a small community, I'm 45 y/o, 202lbs, 20% bf (according to cheapo scale). Had my hormone levels tested and they came back a little low, so I've decided to do the self administered TRT thing.

    Welcome to the forum and those scales are not very accurate at all. Judge either by how you look or get you bf done with the calipers

    Ya, I kind of figured. I'm not too concerned about my b/f yet. I'm just planning low dose test-e for now just to get some of my strength and energy back.

    Welcome.... I agree those bf scales are not at all accurate but they can sometimes be useful by helping you know if your bf is going up or down.
