Determined at 40

Hello! I just recently turned 40 and I've decided to cycle for the first time. I've taking the last year to attempt to educate myself, I got to say- you have to be a bit brainy to even understand some of the answers I see on these forums- which I am not... Here is my question and I hop
I'm 6'1 225 is 500 mg per week of test 500 enough to see gains. Two should I use anastrozole immediately with the start of this cycle. Thanks for your help!

hi welcome to the forums..you should probably re ask you questions in the steroid q+a forum this is just for introductions here...test 500 for your first cycle, the pip will be harsh but good luck...

if your test is "test500" as in 500mg /ml this means there is 500mg of test per 1ml of oil.. that is a HIGH concentration and will likely be painful for injections. avrg concentration is 250mg/ml, this is what I would rec and pin 2ml = 500mg ew.

also I would rec AI from week 1 to the end of cycle (stopping at start of pct)
and for pct i would rec 4-5 weeks of Clomid AND tamox.

I would also rec blood work before cycle and then 2ish months after pct to see where you stand recovery and health wise.

Yes, 500 mg/week of test is plenty and if your diet and routine are on point, you'll see great results.

Welcome! Yes 500mg/wk is plenty to start with, many don't go much higher than that even several cycles into it. Yes, AI from the start, and read the first cycle stickies.

I'm starting the same cycle... 500 mg of Cyp broken up into 2 1.25ml 250mg injections twice per week. I'm taking anastrozole .5mg every third day at the moment. I've noticed no signs of gyno so far.
