    Introducing myself

    I am a 40 year old male, from the north central NJ area looking to learn more about performance enhancement specifically as it relates to long distance cycling. I have been reading on the topic for some time but I realize as I learn more the less I realize I truly know. I am hoping to meet others interested in cycling who may have knowledge on this topic.
