Old dog looking to learn some new tricks!
Hi guys, I'm just recently looking to dive into some kind of TRT or possibly anabolics. I've noticed a significant loss in libido and it has gotten noticeably harder to get results in the gym. I've been in the gym pretty regularly for the past 4 years and really enjoy it as well as just living an improved and healthier lifestyle. I'm hoping to learn some good info in here and meet some cool folks.

Welcome Kenny, you came to the right place. Make sure you have your diet straight. I use my fitness pal, a monkey could use it. Its that easy. Anyway I'm a 40 year old diabetic so I can appreciate your issues. Just make sure you do as much research as possible. Read your first cycle thread by Augustine, it is my go to for basic info. You don't want to have a bad back and cranky shoulder. Build up that core, adding a.a.s. is like adding nitro, you just want to make sure your chassis is strong. Best of luck, to you...

Welcome!
step one is blood work to check your hormones AND general blood work.
likely with low t but even if not you should have precycle bloods as it is so you can see where you are at after PCT (if you dont infect do trt)

Thanks for all the welcomes! t.m.s, I appreciate the heads up. I've been trying to do as much research as possible. I went to LowT center today and had the blood work done. My T was around 300 which isn't too bad but I'd be willing to bet I don't have as much usable. Not quite term savvy. I went ahead a low dose injection of Testerone Cypionate . May or may not do much for gains at the low dose but hopefully there will be some noticeable effects until I can make some more knowledgeable decisions and cycle purchase.

injecting test will cause your body to shutdown its own production...
stop injecting test... their may be other ays to boost your production and avoid being on hrt for life.
why did you inject test? it doesnt just add to your production it causes your production to shutdown when test is given in forms other than your own body. the body is smarter than you think.
stop and rethink this and keep researching.
I would not rec injecting test till you have researched more and been fully looked at (body and options)

200 mg. I'm finding in the threads that this is not as low a dose as I was led to believe. I have kept a fairly strict diet for the past 4years trying to eat natural e blockers and t builders. I was under the impression that I could cycle off once the desired effects had been reached and have only learned differently in the past couple of days. I'm rarely more than half hard when I'm with my gf anymore and exhausted when I leave the gym. I went yesterday to have my levels checked and honestly I just felt like, what the heck. Life ain't much fun when you ain't living. Juced, do you have any suggestions as there are more gimmicks than cures out there and it has gotten real frustrating trying to weed through all the crap on the internet.
