cycle and diet
Can somebody direct me to a good diet person here?
I am 52 years old. 6' 2". 250lbs.
Trying to get to 200LBS. I lift 3 days a week. Legs on Tuesday, Chest and Tri's on Wed, and then back and bi's on Thursday.
Squatting 465lbs, benching 250lbs and deadlift is 425lbs.
I would like to get stronger while losing this fat around my belly and tits.
I am wondering what, if any, is a good stack or regiment.
What should my diet be while doing this.
Sorry I'm not asking enough questions...lol
