Cancer survivor, trying to get back on track

    Hi everyone,

Thought it was time i reached out to the experienced community on here in search of advice. Hope you guys can help..

I've started back training seriously again in the last 5 months after recovering from Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Back in the day I was always in decent shape and played a few different sports at a good level.

My treatment has affected me in a couple of different ways regarding my hormone levels and whether it's directly as a result of this or not, I just can't seem to shift the weight that I have gained and the fat that I have amassed.

Willing to listen to all and everything, happy to answer any questions.

    Thanks in advance,
    M

Cant really offer you much advice but to just keep up with what your doing, find a nice balanced diet and keep visiting the gym.
Maybe ask your doc to look ar your hormones etc.

Welcome to the forum and good luck
