New guy!
Well hello from texas!!
So about myself 26 around 5'10 weighing 215-220.
Some key lifts for mine:
Bench 295
Squat 335
Deadlift 345
Pushpress 195
Been lifting since I was 18 been off and on and recently last year got back into lifting and yea I know y'all are gonna rag on me but also crossfit and do beachbody products on the side for variety.
Kind of put some weight back on beginning this year due some knee inflammation trying to get it down and lost track of diet a bitch but starting back up as of right now!!!
Anyways looking for guidance is what ever is avaliable and offered. Glad to have joined wish I'd had found this before I did stuff when I was younger.
