Hello to those who might come across this new thread. Im 22 years old, 5'9", 195 pounds, and around 15% BF. From the good ol' USA. I started weight lifting daily when i was 16 and started competing in strongman competitions when i was 19. Diet and training regime is of course on point. Some of my key lifts are: Deadlift-480, Squat- 345, Bench Press-240, Log Press-220. I am here to hopefully meet great new people and expand my knowledge. I believe with all the technology at our fingertips these days, there is absolutely no excuse NOT to continuously educated oneself. Cheers!
