A little about myself. Im 28 5'6 170lbs. Used to workout for about 8months, just used pre workout and protein, didn't follow any programs. Im intrested in starting steroids and programs. I get build quickly when i put effort, but want to grow faster.
Any suggestions for which steroids and programs to use? (Sorry for my spelling and grammar, English is my second language )
