New to the site. 36. Been lifting off and on for 20 yrs. Very consistent for the past 5 or so. 6', 230 lbs. 15% bf (+/-). Used two cycles while on deployments in 2004 and 2005. Nothing since. 10 weeks of sustanon, deca, and dbol. Didnt have much access to PCT, so lost everything pretty quickly. Diet was shit so gains were fluffy.
Looking to get some good info about giving it another go. More than novice knowledge base, but nothing too technical. Tips on expectations from cycles, what to use, how to modify nutrition while on cycle, PCT and frequency on/off cycle.
This seems like a good place to start.
