Good luck man. Gains will get harder as you age without HRT. Just the nature of the beast with the body's reduction in Test and HGH release. Have you run labs to see where you're at for a starting reference?

Friend of mine mentioned that my gains may be due to low T but the VA (USMC VET) said my T was fine. It was 259 a year ago. I was 274 lbs and not all muscle. High BP, triglycerides and cholesterol, Dr had me on several melds and wanted to add more. F that and all the pills so I started working out. Went to civilian Dr 2 weeks ago and my T was 359 and he wouldn't help. I asked another friend if he has source for gear and he does so plans to order sustanon for me next week. Said he will help me with it. Plan to start with 250 for 2 weeks then 500 for 3 weeks then bump to 750. I am concerned about gyno but he said nothing to worry about at that low of a dose. I don't know my body fat but I'm 6'2" large frame and 245 lbs. I will post a pic if I can figure out how

Start a thread in the diet section with your current nutrition plan and goals.

Stay away from any AAS for the foreseeable and go and get your t levels checked and see where they are now. A cycle now will like
Y leave you with lower test than you have now.
    NO SOURCES GIVEN
