Hi! I'm new to this site.
The title says it. I'm new to this site and working out in general. First off about me. I am a 22 year old male. I have a skinny build and I am about 5'11. I have worked out intensively in the past but mostly just focused on my legs. I was playing soccer in college and they had a workout program. In the span of about a year and a half I went from maxing out at about 150 on squat to 285 and from like 100 on bench to 185. Then I stopped playing soccer and stopped working out and smoked heavily for 2 years. Now I have quit smoking and I am looking to get my life together outside of school. I want to find a girl...and blah blah blah. But I know this will take effort and I want to begin to changey appearance. I will note though that even with those weight gains I put on a mere 15 pounds. It was disheartening. I have small bones struck the genetic shit pot for mass growth I need a little extra help and I obviously need some education on how to properly use supplements. I look forward to hearing back from you all and can't wait to get started. Also I am still in college and am studying math so fortunately I still have a lot of time on my hands as I don't over load on classes so I have about 2 years left. Then want to go to grad school maybe go an actuarial science route possibly still not sure and have lots of time to decide.
Cheers
