Lost my edge.....Glad I found you. Thanks for having me
Name:TY
Age:41
Height:6'0"
Weight: 340
What's up everyone? Like many men my age I feel like I have lost something. My fire is dimming more and more as the days pass and it feels horrible. At around 36 I had a horrible back injury at work that took months to recover from. As I laid in bed I felt nothing but skin and flab. Once I was able to walk again I promised myself that I wouldnt let myself get like that again. So i dusted off my memebership and went hard. At that point I was 400 pounds. I lost 90 pounds doing cardio only. Looking at the weights as something I use to do as a Teen while playing football. Then one day a good friend of mine showed up at the gym and asked me to spot him. Spotting turned into lifting. I saw major change in my body during this time but just not enough. I noticed that i no longer build muscle like I once did. And I miss that. So I am here to get advice and hear your stories and possible. My hope is to be superman once again.
