So I'm starting my intro the right way I guess. Pulled a staight up JV move and just asked about finding a source right off the bat. I was kindly directed to the rules and found out how this forum works. Well this forum is all about learning. Lol. So I'm 37 years old 5ft 9 and curently 200lbs. Bfi is 22. Found that out today at the gym on one of those things you squeeze. I have been pretty much an alcoholic for the last 13 years and just sick and tired of drinking and what it's doin to my body. Was drinking everyday up to a year ago and have slowly cut down to weekends but now trying to stop all together. I've been going to the gym for a year and have seen no improvement. But why would I realy. Diet has been descent but could defiantly be better. I've recently had my T level checked and it turns out it was 189! So I've gone to a doctor and I'm having more tests done. I am getting the results back tomorrow so kind of exited to see what they are. So I've joined this forum to find some help and info on taking the right steps to get myself healthy and fit. I've read a lot so far and I think I'm in the right place. So that's my intro and I hope this is the start to my life changing for the better.
