Hey guys,
I am 31 years old, 5'8'' and 180 lbs with 10% body fat. Cutting is easy for me but gaining is hard. I have worked laboriously over the last couple years to gain over 30 lbs of muscle naturally. (As a senior in HS I wrestled at 135) My current goal is 205 lbs at 10-12% body fat. I am looking to only do one or two cycles for now.
