Hi all. Long time lifter, occasional AS user, havent run for a few years. I occasionally run *** Epi when I can find it. That stuff is awesome.
I eat clean 6 days a week 45/35/20, all supplements and lift like im insane. I do a 8-6-4 routine, hypertrophy, strength, power. I usually lift 4 days a week. 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off.
