    Question re SCI and steroids

    i have an sci (spinal cord injury) almost 2 years ago, diagnosed with quadriplegia, walking with walking stick, working on full recovery. 62 yoa male. Steroids have been recommended to assist with muscle gain and spasticity/tone. Any suggestions?

    What's your doctors plan? Was it him that decided the steroids route for you?
