    New Member

    22 year old college student in the good ole U.S.

    Some stats: 5'10'' just cut weight from 197 to 176.

    Started football in 5th grade and continued it through high school. Been working out for a good 6 years and just haven't gotten the size I'm looking for. I joined the forum for some knowledge and advice.
