Hi everyone
Hello, I'm 27 years old, I have been working out for roughly 7 years. On, and off. I'm 5'10, about 208, and at about 22% body fat. I recently started on a cycle due to the fact that I used to be very lean about 4 years ago then I wrecked my bike broke a few bones got fat, and my self image going to shit. I work out decently hard I'm pretty active, but I've always had trouble cutting fat off of my body, and gaining strength. So a body builder friend of mine told me to get this nifty little invention a try, and formulated me a new diet plan. He used to be about 260 of decent muscle and alot of fat at my height to shredded now. From what guys that knew him before said he did this within a year or so. I would ideally like to be 175-190ish whilst maintaining a decent cut when I finally come off he recommended me do one 12 week cycle on low dosages.

Without going into too much detail. 2800ish calories macros 329 protien, 280 carb, 42.5 grams of fat. I'm still getting adjusted lots more food then I'm actually used to. My biggest issue before was I would eat healthy during the week, yet mess it up on the weekends. He told me that this is one of his cutting plans.

It's very easy to fallow when you go on ketosis you don't have cravings and have a sense of wellbeing.
I lost 14 lbs in 4 weeks and I rarely did any cardio
