    No experience - here to learn

    Hey Everyone,

    I'm a 43 yo guy from Massachusetts. I'm currently on TRT, but I haven't done anything beyond. I picked up lifting at 40 and it's become a big part of my life. I've done a powerlifting meet and I'm signed up for another in June. Since I'm on TRT, I'm technically not a drug-free lifter. I'm thinking about getting a little additional help, but I'm not sure yet if I'm going to take the plunge. I'm hoping this forum can help me clarify the pros and cons of this. If I decide to go there, I want to do it in an intelligent way.
