Hi,
I joined the site a few years back but wasn't too active. now I'm back looking to get information to help me get stronger.
I'm 36 yrs old. My height is 5'9 and I'm about 170 lbs. I reside in Texas.
I have been working out for many years. I've made some decent gains. However for the last year or so I haven't been able to get much stronger or lift heavier. I would like help with that.
