    Newbie from NYC!!!

    Hey Everyone ..im glad to be here i have reading this board for awhile and i am confident i will be able achieve my goals with the help and knowledge from current members..

    So Here is a little bit of info about me.
    Im 31 yrs old type 2 diabetic on metformin 500/mg 2x a day
    5'11
    235 lbs
    BF?
    i do alot of cardio and light lifting
    im on 1800 calorie diet but im having a hard time with meal planning..
    My Goals are to bring my weight down to 180-190 and cut up.
    Get My Diet and weight under control and explore AAS
