Hi I'm bowlstoltz I joined this site to just learn and see other peoples ideas and experiences. I'm 21, 5'11", 225 lbs at about 10 percent bf. I've been lifting since i was about 13. I did my first cycle about 6 months ago I've been off for 3 months about to get back on but I want to do it in the the healthiest way possible. my goal is to get up around 250-260 within the next few years. Should be very possible considering my first cycle was bunk gear. I'm here to learn.
