    new here open to all advice and suggestions

    I'm 25 military been lifting for a few years not going to lie I'm on the heavy side when it comes to BF% or at least when it comes to the tape test my goals would be to slim down while increasing strength mobility endurance and speed

    Welcome, I'm new here as well and pretty much in the same boat as you as far as BF% is concerned. I'm hitting the gym four times per week and eating a very clean reduced calorie diet. I've had fantastic results from this alone so far. From what I've read you don't want to start any kind of a cycle until you get your BF in check. That's what I'm working at least. I hope you find the answers you're looking for.
