New Member MusclePupNick Here! :)
Hi, new member here!
Let's see.. basic facts: I'm Nick, 5 feet 10 inches, 235 pounds but with 25% body fat, 19 years old, I've worked out for 4 years to far, I've gone up and down in weight due to sports and stress but I'm looking to continue the transformation I've been going through for the past two years.
I'm looking to get knowledge, discuss fitness and AAS, as well as meet some like minded people on this site.
Never big enough!!!

Welcome Nick. Your a big boy for 19. However it sounds like you have a great starting frame for bodybuilding. Hope your sport stress is gone so you can focus on your future. Consistent workouts can do wonders for your stress levels.

Haha thank you! I've just got a beefy and fluffy frame from rugby and directionless weightlifting. But I'm looking to lean down/ gain muscle and really get a bodybuilder's physique. Maybe even compete a little bodybuilding competition one day
Haha yes that stress has passed so I'm looking forward to pursing my physique and education goals. I hope you have a great week Madman2010 and that you reach your goals! I saw that you're a returning member so I hope you continue to grow

Thanks MPN. Have you thought about starting a clean diet plan to help with managing your current weight?

Haha I have, but "clean" seems to mean so many different things. I'm not sure where to start. Information seems to be very contradictory with some people saying keto diets are the way to go while others say that equal proteins and carbs and no fat is better and then others go on to say that it's just about calories and others say that just having unprocessed foods is the only diet you need....
There's so much information out there it's hard to sift through it all and make a decision haha!
What would you recommend as a "clean diet"? The keto diet seems to make the most since to me since carbs do seem to be over consumed in most diets.

You might just have the best username here! Unfortunately for me, when I signed up here, I didn't think StrongBlood would actually be my forum name by which everyone associated me by in this forum. Oh well it could have been worse I suppose. Welcome to the forum, MusclePupNick!

Thank you, Strongblood! haha I actually like your username though It's much better than some others that I can't make heads or tails of. What would you have liked it to be? I always spend a long time thinking of the perfect username whenever I make an account lol :3

I'm not sure really. Probably something not quite so bold. I'm normally a pretty laid back guy.
