40 year old advice on Cycle and TRT
Hi all , i am looking for advice on a first cycle and the. To continue with TRT doses .
I am 40 Years Old. Male . 5'11" 165 lbs . Fat Percentage about 20 %
I did a blood test that tested Only Total test and Psa . Test was 4 , a bit low and Psa was good .
I have been weight training for approx 4 years and have remained fairly lean with small gains in terms of muscle mass .
What i am interested in is to get some gains in my first cycle and continue with TRT doses thereafter.
Can you please suggest a Cycle and advice ?
I was thinking of doing :
First Cycle
250 to 500 mg Test E / week
Arimidex or Aromasin
PCT - Clomid , Hcg ,
Second Cycle / TRT dosing - need your advice ..
