Hello,
Figured I'd go ahead and introduce myself here. I live in the Midwest and have been lifting casually but enthusiastically since about 14 years old. I'm 25 now and weigh about 150 lbs at 5' 7". Not the biggest guy but I'm in pretty good shape overall. I am a former track and cross country runner and still put up 10-15 mile runs every once in a while. Recently started getting back into some heavy duty lifts with squatting and bench press, but I usually hit a wall pretty early and can't gain much muscle mass. When I do start lifting and eating to gain weight, my face usually gets round and I just feel squishy even though I get quite a bit stronger. So I've been looking into a little something to give me the extra push I need to put on some lean mass without getting to pudgy. I'm interested to here what all you guys have to say!
Sincerely,

If your face is getting round and you feel "squishy" that just means your diet isn't fully in check. More food isn't always better. Eating too above maintenance is going to cause you to store fat and with most likely, high carbs will cause water weight... For myself I get a round face as soon as I start a high carb diet lol. Head on over to the diet forum!!
