New to the Forum
Hello Guys and Gals,
I have been reading the forums for a couple weeks now and have decided to register to get advice and feedback.
A little about me, I have always been active/athletic my entire life. I am 32 and am a proud father to an amazing 3yr old son. Over the past 3 years of raising my son and providing for my family I noticed I wasn't providing for myself. I woke up 3 months ago and didn't recognize the person looking back at me. I was 225lbs 30+% BF - this feat was accomplished by confetti cake, 12oz curls on the weekends, and Fast food! it wasn't long before I couldn't bend over to tie my shoe or so it felt. I was pushing a 38-40in waist four months ago. and decided that I needed to get back to where I was when I met my lovely wife 6 years ago.
Over the past 3 Months I have shed 8-12% Body fat and Now currently weigh 193 lbs. My body is reacting extremely fast. 30lb loss in 3 months through dieting and Gym. I am back to meal prepping, and spend about 1.5-2.5 hours in the gym 4-5 times a week.
I really look forward to my transformation, Any advice / constructive criticism is welcomed.
