    Hi, new member here

    Hi,

    Joined the forum a few days back, first found the forum some 15/16 years ago when I purchased six vials of deca in Tijauana, no idea why I bought so much, I was hoping to help heal a badly torn quad. Didn't use the gear in the end, as I had read about PCT, got back training after 6 months, but didn't feel 100% so pretty much tailed off over the six months. Initially I was sprinting/martial arts and soccer throughout my 20's, lifting was also there throughout, done around 3 years serious lifting for strength, put on some decent natty size (didn't get huge, wasn't my goal), some has remained.
    Now almost 46 years old, emigrated to India some years back, been off and on training, now consistent for the past few months, managed to fix a shoulder impingement and an old rotator cuff issue which I had for almost 20 years. My recovery is ok, but nothing like what it used to be, currently at around 23% BF (down from over 30%), 5'11" height and weighing around 200lbs. Training and diet is pretty good these days.
