    Hey all, from the SF Bay Area

    Hi everyone! New guy here. 24 years old, San Francisco bay area native. Been working out for around 6 years now, with some breaks here and there due to major life events and a shoulder injury. I have had some powerlifting training/coaching a few years back and that has been the main focus of my workouts, though I haven't yet entered any competitions. I'm 5'9", 200 lbs and around 16-18% body fat (abs barely visible when flexed).

    I've been back working out for around 6 months now, my squat and deadlift are back to the mid-high 300's which feels great. I've had to take it slower on the bench and overhead press, press is at around 115 and bench is at around 150. It can be frustrating at times as I've benched up to 250 before, but I'd rather go slow than hurt myself again!

    I've never cycled before, but I am definitely interested. I want to wait until I am out of school (currently a junior in university), which would make me more financially stable, and until I have built myself a little bit more of a solid strength foundation, especially in the upper body exercises.

    My motivation is sort of a mix. I love that feeling of pushing heavy weight and the high/rush you get after a heavy set, and would love to push that even further. At the same time, I would love to have an even bigger, more muscular body than I do now as I find that bulky, muscular look to be incredibly sexy.

    Overall, I want to be patient and sane about my use of steroids , if/when that does occur. I've been reading these forums for a while and educating myself on the matter, but there is always more learning to do, of course.
