Hi,
I'll just start off by saying that i've been reading in those forums for a while and are a great source of knowledge from me and sure did help me understand things before jumping inot AAS use.
I'll tell you abit of my self
My name is Tommy, I'm 26 years old, married +1.
Ever since i remember myself I was very fat kid, at the edge weiging over 100kg (that's aprox 220 pounds) at 5"9 or 170cm.
I live in Israel, was injured serverely in my military service, have 4 hernited disks in my back,one of my spine links fell on the other one and needed to be permenantly brought up (even do I didn't do the surgery at the end)
I was taking severe pain-killers for 4-5 months after my injury, I couldn't walk and gained alot of weight back then (In my military service I got down to aprox 176 (80kg) )
I decied that I'm going to start working out to get my self strong again, Promising myself that I will be normal again being able to take a walk, have sex (yes that can be hard when you are injured so bad), and just live life without those damn 12 morphine pills a day.
Was training for 3 years naturally, didn't really care for gear at the time until I had some life crysis, me and my ex broke after 6 years, she took everything I had in a total of about 10,000$. really crushed me and I let my self go for a while, started drinking a bit, let the training and eating a bit more loose, you know being human.
Than when I met my current wife I decided to get my stuff together, start working out properly again, eating clean and was really ripping my self up shredding down in bodyfat (already dieted to like 11-12% before so I knew a bit about dieting)
Than I started looking at competetive physique guys in here and I said, hey , I can do better those guys don't have the will power that I do and decied that I'm going to compete for mens physique and really shred down to low body fat percentages.
My friend introduced gear (after I've been reading on this site for years but never really hopping on as I was too young) and I know that this is what I had to do in order to be a competitor so that's what I did.
My first cycle was:
50mg T-BOL / ED 1-12
500mg Test P /EW 1-24
50mg Winstrol /ED 12-24
80mcg Clenbuterol 12-24
50mg Proviron 12-24
Diet was:
250g Protein
150/100/50g of carbs (cycling)
30-40g of fat
Nowdays I'm in my off season, I have bigger goals wanting to go for the atheltic devision, (it's like bodybuilding for the smaller guys atleast in here haha)
