    New member...

    Hello all. 37 year old former Marine here. Had two neck surgeries and am starting to work out again to regain my strength. About 6 years ago I was on a strict Cyp regiment of 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off. Look forward to reading all of your posts and learning more and more.
