    Hi im new to all this and im somewhat overweight, 6 ft 0 and 225 pounds. I am trying to get big but have a bit of fat, what would you all recommend? I dont know whether to go straight to a bulking steroid or start with a fat burner and then go to a bulking steroid? If so, what kind of Fat burner would you suggest as well as bulking steroid to gain muscle mass? What is your opinions on Instant Knockout?

    We are kind of in the boat...lol

    Im 6ft, but im 289.

    My understanding is to lose weight first before any cycle. Im on a diet now do i can cycle myself...

    Welcome to the forum. I would go to the nutrition section and post up your current meal plan for review before doing anything else along with your current stats

    Welcome, You definitely want to square away your nutrition and diet, legit gear will never fail but the results will look mediocre at best. If you want to do it the right way and look aesthetic then drop your body fat and then do a bulk. Even if you were natural and your diet/macros were on point you'd still make noticeable gains. That's how important your diet is. Good luck!!
