    Hello, new to the site. Ive been reading alot about steroids use here. Gotta say, a lot of information. I have never used juice. Not even sure i wanna start. But at my age, i think some help in that department would be nice? I just dont know.

    So, about me. Im 42 years old, 6ft., 289 lbs with decent knowledge around the gym with training. My diet is ok, but could be better, 25% bf.

    I have been reading for a couple weeks now and basically have an idea what to do when i decide to do it. I would appreciate any help in the future from experienced people..
