New to this...help?
Hey guys... 38 6ft 1 165 14% body fat... gym 3 times a week...not seeing much gains in strength. Fatigue... blah...blah.. any advice??? Got some bum gear...

It almost always comes down to calorie intake and workout routine. So, what are you eating, and how you lifing?
