Hey all, I have been lifting since I was 15, I am 31 now. At this point I'm just looking to start off with something light with less chance of side effects. I have been thinking about supplementing for about a year now and have been researching the last couple months. So far I have read so many different opinions and "right way" of doing things, but I think I came to the right place here to find out the actual facts.
