    Howz you lot doing!

    Relatively new to the Forum. 43yo guy from Wales. Been training for the past 30yrs and what have I learned? Well, I fooking luvs it I'm the current Welsh/British and Global raw bench press champion with a raw press of 210kgs at 16st bw in comp and 190kgs outside comp.....

    Also buy and sell quite a bit so these Forums are worth their weight in gold to be honest, as none of us want to end up with crap inni.

    So, look forward to reading some of the posts here
