Hey fellas, I'm a 30 year old male whose been lifting off and on since highschool. I've made a concerted effort to be a regular at my gym for the past 3 years or so. I'm currently coming in at 200 lbs and around 16%bf (guesstimate). My numbers are Bench:365 single Squat:400 single Deadlift: 455x5 (I hate doing singles for deadlift). I'm sick of taking bs supps and I'm ready to cycle. A friend got me a bottle of deca 250 and test cyponate for my first cycle back in February. I only did it for 8 weeks because i didn't have enough test to go longer, as it has a longer half life than many other aas i had to run test for 2 weeks longer than the deca. I was at 250/week a very low dose, but I saw great strength results. I'm planning on running a Tren Ace cycle with test cyponate. I'm having trouble getting my hands on it though. Hopefully I can get some good info from some seasoned brothers!
