Newbie! 27 year old male

Hello guys!

Im a weight lifter who has plateaued a bit. looking for something to increase strength and size. I have NEVER used any steroids, or PED's and ive been told that the alternatives are amazing. so i went on anabolic. com and this was what recommend.

D-Anabol 25™ - (Mass, Strength, Size, Power)*
Tren 75® - (Muscle Hardening, Power, Vascularity, Fat Burning)*

my questions, do i just take these like i would typical supplements?
is 2-3 months a good amount of time to take these?

Are you looking to want to get into steroids? If so then there is a lot of information on this site.
Hopefully nobody told you that the supplements you listed are steroids. Those are just standard supplements that you can buy in the health section of any store that are mixed together is some "proprietary" blend and label them to sound like a steroid.

Stop what your doing and get blood work done. You may have a deficiency, usually people seek things that are proposed to rectify certain symptoms they are having.

So you may have low T symptoms. Even if you do not its great data to have to measure the future against.

Grocery shopping list comes to my mind. It does and it doesn't work like that. I wish it was that easy. directions and lists. Google is an amazing tool for ocean of sh1t that is the net. Baby, you need to learn about post cycle therapy and how to stave off side effects with ancillaries. You also need to learn about the relationship between base test supplementation and androgens/19 nor types of gear you may or may not add but never take alone. There's also esters which control release time, concentration and half life's. And if you want full independance brewing. Sorry if I'm just assuming that you don't know a lot. Maybe you do. Did I say that your real life friends probably aren't going to be much help? Doublecheck everything they tell you. If you are completely alone and you need the independent route that means lots of research and carefully thought out decisions and sometimes communications.
