hows is going everyone new to the forum, been lifting for about 7 years I'm 24 6ft 200pounds have never take any juice before. don't know really where to start or if I'm to young. whats the easiest to take and most recommended? want to do something on the more simple side. any help would be appreciated
At 24 you still have some natural potential to tap into before starting into aas. There is a lot of information on this board so read around which will better help you form questions and know what people are talking about when they respond to your questions.
Some things you will want to know as you will get asked are things such as what are your goals, what does your diet look like, how often do you train and how, etc.
With information like that others can better help guide you with either natural gains or aas if you decide to go down that road.
