Hello everyone. I just joined the forums looking to learn more about AAS. I am reading "ANABOLICS" by William Llewellyn which is very informative but figured that if I had any questions I could ask them here. I am male, early 30's, 195 lbs and have been lifting for years with a few breaks due to life getting in the way. I have friends who have been on gear but don't seem to be well informed so before I consider starting I need to learn more. Hope to talk to some of you soon. Thanks.

Squat: 425
Deadlift: 485
Not great but not terrible either.
