Hi all, I looked at a few online forums for some guidance. This one seemed to have the best (and most) info regarding steroids and stacking. I'm looking for a some help regarding a stack I'm about to start.
A little about me first.
I'm 30 years old
6 ft
175-180lbs depending on how focused I am on my diet. I've peaked at 190lbs.
My BF% always stays around 10-13%
I have a degree in kinesiology and exercise physiology and I'm a certified exercise physiologist. I've been working in the fitness industry for the last 8 years as a certified coach. I've never been opposed to the use of steroids from a vanity or performance enhancing point-of-view. That being said, it was never really something I delved into except for once when I was in college.
I did a simple enanthate 250 stack. 250 grams once a week for ten weeks. I had pretty good results from that but not exactly what I was hoping for.
I've always been in really good to excellent conditioning. I now want to take my strength and physique to the next level. Seeing as how we aren't taught much about steriods in college beyond ethical considerations I have very little to go off of.
I now live and work in Thailand and got my hands on several different types of test and anti-e's. (hope I'm using ther terminology right.) These were recomendations based off of what a fellow german/thai trainer recommended.
We bought them from a reliable pharmacy in downtown bangkok. All factory sealed with holograms intact. So, no question they're legit. additionally, everything(needles included) cost around $70. Pretty good deal from what I read online.

Should I add anything? Get something else for post cycle therapy? Should I leave anything out?
My main objective,
As with 90% of the steroid users out there, I want to increase LBM, decrease fat mass, and improve athletic performance. I'm not looking to gain much more than 10-15lbs of weight while dropping my BF to around 6-7%.
I know nutrition will be an important factor.
I'll be consuming a clean diet throughout the week. I can get healthy meal delivery for around 3$ a meal. I will focus on consuming about 3000-3500 cals per day. I'm not big on calorie counting so this will be based off of controlling my macronutrient protion sizes (precision nutrition style). whole grains, leans proteins, lots of veggies/legumes, blah blah blah.
12 week training plan is as follows:
-1 week:
corrective exercises (fixing some shoulder stability issues, core stability, muscle imbalances etc)
-4 weeks:
Hypertrophy/strength training (4 days per week alternating upper/lower splits) along with daily 30 min metcon circuits
-4 weeks:
Primarily total body type IIb power training (3-4 days/week) along with daily 30 min metcon circuits
-last 3 weeks
I haven't really decided yet will probably focus on just getting completely ripped...
I would prefer the stack to last about the same amount of time as my training schedule and not be too complicated. I know many will say just stick with the Enanthate 250 as I did before but I want to get a little more out of it this time. ANY help and or input would be greatly appreciated!
