I broke my back , crushed t11 vertebrae, separated ribs, broken sternum,etc... Lost 30 lbs in two weeks . Month and a half later I've gained 5 pounds back. My spinal fusion is recovering well but I need my muscle back. I was not an athlete I worked in construction and I was light at 155 to begin with. I want to stop feeling so weak I want my appetite back. I want to avoid negative side effects. I am not a body builder. Need help
