Hello everyone, you can refer to me as "lao" for short
Long story short.. Out of comission for almost 2 years, did train at least once a month during this time frame, Jan 2016 started (half-ass) training, June was when I stayed fully comitted. Dropped from 155 to 125 within a year. Worked in retail with demanding overnights, busy studying as a pre-med student, and had relationship issues. It was a very depressing year and I couldn't for the life of me get my meals in, neither have any time to train.
I joined this forum because I recently started my first cycle and would like to start a log about it. I believe that it'll keep me motivated and I'll be able to receive insight from current/more knowledgable members and hopefully do the same in return.
Some quick stats...
Height: 5'6
Weight: Fluctuating between 166.2-167.1 (every morning) and 170.1 at the end of every night
Arms: 15.5" (grew almost 2" on current cycle!!!)
