Hello from The States
Hello everyone,
Well here I am again. In my mid to late 20s, I was hitting the gym and keeping my body within a shape that made me happy to take my shirt off at the beach. Long story short, 14 years later, going through a divorce and what do you know, hitting that gym again. In the last few months I have been able to shed off about 35lbs through eating right and cardio. I am currently sitting at 228 5'7" and I am fighting the dreaded upper body fat(Mr. Muffin Top) syndrome . When in my 20s, I did use a few things not found at your local supplement store and I loved it! So at 41, doing my research and learning the ways as I am sure a lot of things have changed in 14 years. I am still hitting cardio more than weights but when I hit my goal of 200lbs, I plan on hitting the weights a lot more. Just looking to be able to take that shirt off again with smile at the beach.

Thank you guys. Yeah so far I like the forum. Have researched a lot on the nutrition section, 40 and over, and others. Glad I found it!
