I have been training in various forms since high school. I've done dead lifting,kickboxing and now I am an amateur marathon runner so obviously the emphasis is on cardio training.
I am 6ft and my current weight is 100kg.i drastically need to get down into the 80-85kg weight bracket as I am carrying far too much weight for road running.
I have tried testosterone cypionate and andro something when I was dead lifting in 2004 while in university but it was just for a month and I was just experimenting. I have to say it was awesome to gain so much muscle mass in that short period.
