Howdy
Just signed up this morning - this looks like a very knowledgeable well rounded community I'd like to learn from.
I am a 5' 8", 178#, mesomorph, with decent genes I think. I've been lifting pretty steadily for 8 months (slight hiatus this summer that should not occur again). Not sure how far I want to take my training beyond standard old fashioned hard work, and diet, but I'm opened minded. My feeling is if I can't get a solid year more in under my belt with no interruptions in sight, I'll keep it to diet & lifting. However one can over train, but not over learn.
