    Hello

    43 year old (6' 215 lbs) Floridian here. I have been training pretty consistantly for the last year and have made some decent gains naturally, but now I am ready to take it up a notch. I do have a little experience with some just straight test cycles in the past (like 15 yrs ago). While I did get good results from it, I was kind of young and stupid at the time and i feel that I could do it way better this time around. Besides, there were no forums to go to for advice back then. I do have a lot of questions and hoping to find some great knowledge here.
