    Hey You Guys!

    Hi All,

Just a quick hello prior to posting anything of any merit on the forum (Although I make no promises that anything that I say is of merit ;-) ). I am looking forward to gleaning some information from those who have gone before, and avoid repeating the mistakes I have made in the past, which is especially important as I have epilepsy and anabolics have the potential to mess with me in a nasty way, but I plan to post about this else where in the forum.

My stats are 6,6ft, 17 Stone (or 237 in American), and incase you hadn't guessed I am from the UK. My frame could be described as medium, but with a bit of a belly coming which I'm slowly but surely loosing at about 2 pounds a week, and I have been lifting for 5 years. I think that's about all there is to it, and I look forward to chatting with some of you fine gents!

Edit: Forgot to mention, I am in my late twenties :-)

    Welcome brother,

great height, start adding some mass to that and we could have a giant on our hands! Get yourself in the nutrition forum and post up what you're doing now (its working!) and get yourself stuck into some training threads.
